What payment methods does Bally Bet accept in the UK?

Bally Bet, licensed by the UK Gambling Commission (licence 38905, checkable on the UKGC public register), accepts six methods: Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Instant Bank Transfer. All amounts are in GBP. PayPal, Skrill, Neteller and crypto are not on the list.

Visa ElectronCard£10–£10,000No withdrawal route published
MastercardCard£10–£10,000From £10
Apple PayMobile wallet£10–£5,000From £10
Google PayMobile wallet£10–£10,000Not supported
Instant Bank TransferBank£10–£10,000From £10

Credit cards are absent, which is normal for a UKGC-licensed site but worth knowing if that is what you carry.

Deposit limits per method: from £10 up to £10,000

Every method starts at £10, which matches the account minimum, and most go up to £10,000 per deposit. Apple Pay is the exception at £5,000. The operator's payments page lists these figures.

  • Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard: £10 to £10,000
  • Google Pay and Instant Bank Transfer: £10 to £10,000
  • Apple Pay: £10 to £5,000

For a large deposit, Apple Pay is the method that will cap you first.

How long do Bally Bet withdrawals take in the UK (debit card, Apple Pay, PayPal)?

Card and bank withdrawals at Bally Bet are processed within 4–24 hours, then take up to 1 working day to clear; Visa Debit can take up to 3 working days without Visa Direct. PayPal is not offered, so there is no PayPal payout time.

MethodMinimumTiming
Visa Debit£10Processed within 4–24 hours; within 4 hours via Visa Direct, otherwise up to 3 working days
Mastercard£10Processed within 4–24 hours, then up to 1 working day
Instant Bank Transfer£10Processed within 4–24 hours, then up to 1 working day
Apple Pay£10Standard bank timescales, one working day once processed

The weak spot is Visa Debit without Visa Direct: three working days is slow next to the others.

Does Bally Bet offer same-day withdrawals?

Yes, in one case: a Visa Debit withdrawal can arrive within 4 hours via Visa Direct. Other routes are processed in 4–24 hours and then need up to 1 working day to clear, so same-day arrival is not assured.

Bank holidays can extend this to 3 working days once processed. If you want speed, request a payout early in the week and use a Visa Debit card.

Closed loop policy: your money goes back where it came from

Bally Bet applies a Closed loop policy: withdrawals return to the last deposit method. You cannot choose a different destination, so deposit with a method you also want to be paid out to.

This matters for Google Pay. Google Pay does not support withdrawals, so anyone who deposits with it needs to know that payouts cannot go back there. Deposit by debit card or Apple Pay if you want a straightforward return route.

How to deposit and withdraw, step by step

The minimum on both sides is £10. The published process is short, and the closed loop rule decides where the money goes.

  1. Choose a method from the six accepted and deposit at least £10 (see our bonus page for the welcome offer before you pay in).
  2. Complete any outstanding verification.
  3. Request a withdrawal of at least £10.
  4. The payout is sent to your last deposit method, then clears on the timings above.

Verification before your first payout

Accounts are verified automatically at registration where possible. Otherwise Bally Bet emails you to request documents confirming your full name, date of birth and address, and aims to review them within 3 working days.

Outstanding verification must be completed before a withdrawal, so uploading documents early avoids adding days to your first payout.

Withdrawal caps and account currency

The maximum per withdrawal is £25,000 for Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and £250,000 per bank transaction. The account currency is GBP only.

  • Cards and mobile wallets: £25,000 per transaction
  • Bank transfer: £250,000 per transaction
  • Currency: GBP
